The Programme Team is responsible for the smooth functioning of all the programmes of MMC.
Ms. Vrushali Naik, plays the role of Senior Programme Coordinator.She has a Master’s degree in social work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). She has been associated with MMC for the past 27 years.
Mr. Pradeep Shinde holds the position of Senior Programme Coordinator. He has a Master’s degree in Social Work from Nirmala Niketan School of Social Work. He has over 27 years of experience in the field of social work and has been associated with MMC for the last 13 years.
Ms. Sunita More, Programme Associate - Special Projects overlooks the functioning of Mobile Bus by conducting regular site visits and follow-ups. She has done her Masters in Social work from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad
Ms. Ranjana Khirade joined MMC as a Programme Associate. She holds a Master’s degree in Non-Education and Development. She holds experience of 12 years working in an NGO as a Team Leader.
