The Research & Documentation (R & D) function at MMC involves regular consolidation and analysis of the beneficiary data pertaining to MMC programmes.
Mr. Tanmay Devrukhkar - Research Officer: Tanmay Devrukhkar joined MMC in February 2026. He is a Commerce graduate with a certification in Generative AI and Data Analytics from Hero Vired. He also has a background in Sports Science, along with hands-on experience in field monitoring and site assessments. At MMC, Tanmay focuses on strengthening systems, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting data-driven programme implementation. He is committed to contributing to meaningful and measurable social impact.
Mr. Praveen Kachhap - Sr. M & E cum Programme Officer: Praveen Kachhap joined MMC as Sr. Monitoring and Evaluation, cum Programme Officer in May 2025. He has a Ph.D. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, with 7+ years of experience in social development, monitoring and evaluation, and programme implementation. He has also collaborated with reputed academic institutions and civil society organizations on education, public policy, migration, and tribal development and welfare.
