The Administration Team is responsible for administration and human resource management.
Mrs. Pritam Norohana- HR & Admin Manager: Mrs. Pritam Noronha has been associated with Mumbai Mobile Creches since 2024 as Human Resources and Administration Manager. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a PG Diploma in Research Methodology from College of Social Work Nirmala Niketan. She also holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and in Counselling Psychology from Xavier’s Institute of Counselling Psychology.
With over twelve years of experience in the development sector, she brings valuable expertise in human resource management, organizational processes, and people development. At MMC, she continues to add value through her knowledge and experience, helping strengthen the organization’s work and impact.
Ms. Ashwini Paste - Office Assistant: Ms. Ashwini Paste has been associated with MMC for the past five years. She began her journey with the organisation through MMC’s Bal Palika Teacher (BPT) Training Programme. Upon successfully completing the programme, she joined MMC as a Teacher and, through her dedication and commitment, has since been promoted to the role of Office Assistant at the Head Office. Her growth within the organisation reflects her perseverance and marks a proud milestone in her professional journey.

Mr. Deepak Manjre has been associated with Mumbai Mobile Creches since 2000, marking an extraordinary journey of nearly two decades with the organization. Having witnessed MMC’s growth over the years, he has been a steadfast pillar of the Administration Department. Beginning his journey as a support staff, he has continued to serve with dedication as a valued member of the support staff, reflecting deep commitment and loyalty to MMC’s mission.
Mr. Purshottam Rajapkar has been associated with Mumbai Mobile Creches since 1986, marking an extraordinary journey of nearly four decades with the organization. Having witnessed MMC’s growth over the years, he has been a steadfast pillar of the Administration Department. Beginning his journey as a Driver, he has continued to serve with dedication as a valued member of the support staff, reflecting deep commitment and loyalty to MMC’s mission.
