Mrs. Frahinsa Rodrigues joined Mumbai Mobile Creches in 2010 as Administration Manager, leading the Administration team and beginning a remarkable journey of leadership, dedication, and progressive growth. Over the past 16 years, she has taken on diverse responsibilities and worn multiple hats—rising from Manager to Senior Manager – HR & Administration, and later to General Manager – Operations and HR. Her appointment as Chief Executive on October 1, 2022, marked a significant milestone in her longstanding and committed association with MMC.
With over 19 years of experience in the social development sector, Frahinsa brings deep expertise in organizational leadership, human resource management, and operational excellence, significantly strengthening MMC’s impact and outreach.
She is a Psychology graduate from the University of Mumbai, holds an MBA in Human Resources, and has completed a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
She has also successfully graduated as a Social Entrepreneur from Dasra Social Impact, further reinforcing her commitment to driving sustainable social change.
Under her leadership, MMC continues to advance its mission of improving the lives of underserved children and communities through strategic growth, innovation, and organizational excellence.
